The Basics

Danilos Fine Leather is operated by Danilos Industries S.A., a company registered in Honduras. These terms form a contract between you and Danilos Industries S.A. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

Accounts

You may browse and shop without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Orders & Pricing

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may decline an order — for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud — in which case any charge will be refunded in full. Prices on the site are in US dollars unless otherwise stated and do not include taxes or duties, which may apply at checkout or on import.

Made-to-Order & Personalized Pieces

Pieces that are personalized, debossed, engraved, or built to bespoke specifications are non-returnable. Production begins immediately on order; please review your order carefully before confirming.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and selected local payment methods, processed by Shopify Payments and Stripe. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by our courier. For details on shipping timelines, customs, and duties, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns

Unused, original-condition pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, per our Returns Policy. Final-sale and bespoke pieces are non-returnable.

Warranty & Repair

Every Danilos piece is covered by our lifetime repair promise. We will repair defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own the piece, at no or at-cost charge depending on the nature of the repair. Damage caused by wear, neglect, or misuse may be repaired at cost. This warranty is offered in addition to any statutory rights you may have.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — photography, illustration, copy, typography, design, the Danilos name and marks — is owned by Danilos Industries S.A. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any of it without written consent.

User Submissions

If you send us photographs, reviews, stories, or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them in our marketing and editorial communications, with attribution where feasible.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to: violate any law; infringe anyone’s rights; upload malicious code; interfere with the site’s operation; or harvest data by automated means without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danilos Industries S.A. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the piece giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Honduras. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of San Pedro Sula.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice.
